The Herald said last week that West Brom will be the Premiership side. Tony Pulis must like the Westcountry as Stoke came down a few years ago.

TORQUAY United will play host to Bath City in a pre-season friendly on Friday, July 29th (kick-off 7.45pm).

The game has been arranged as part of the deal which saw Kevin Nicholson leave Bath to take over as player-manager here at The Launa Windows Stadium.

At last we have a manager who has arranged some good friendly matches which should bring in some much needed pre-season funds. It does make a difference to the players. Lets hope the games are advertised properly.
