I would say the new owner is of more interest than the new player. He is just someone they have signed from Bromley who happens to be a Saudi prince.
The owner on the other hand could have a load a money to spend or he could turn them in to the new Portsmouth. My betting is that if what he says about looking at Premier League clubs is true then the reason for settling on Salisbury would be it was all he could afford which would point to them becoming a new Portsmouth.
