Courtney Cameron to sign

Post by exiledgull »

Seems like we have agreed to sign another player in Courntey Cameron. He is meant to be a lighting quick winger from Aston Villa, who was on loan at Rotherham last year. It seems we are going to be very attacking next year and this is something I cannot wait to look forward too. I don't know much about Cameron but I do remember him scoring a great goal for Rotherham against someone.

A pal of mine is a Villa fan and he watches every game he can, first team, ressies, youth the lot and he kept rattling on about him.

How legit is this exiled? Would be an awesome signing, but probably means Billy won't be playing on the wing!

I don't think that means Billy won't play on the wing at all, Knill rotated 3 wingers when he was here. Bodin/Jarvis/Chapell and the occasional use of Thompson.

Knill also has kept on Yeoman, and signed Benyon and has said he wants 2 strikers. It seems obvious to me that we will be going with 2 upfront. For some reason I cannot make a millersmad account so cannot ask them.

Wow - this and Chappell will get a few more punters through the door! Cannot wait to see them in action - just hope we get them signed and sealed quickly!

Sound very promising, and is presumably on the recommendation of Cameron's former head of youth at Northampton:

Rotherham fans thought a lot of him and state he had bags of potential. They wanted him back and thought he good do a job in League 1 so sounds like this could be a very good piece of business for us again!

more good news then, four players in a week, thats more like it AK!!

gonna be a pacy side with lots of exciting football, hopefully back towards the top end of the table and upsetting the billy big bollocks who're expecting to be challenging for the title

This sounds like a fantastic coup if we can pull it off. Just like a Bury fan said on here last season, Knill likes to line up with pacy wingers. Obviously he wasn't happy with what we had last season, so played a different system. Given free reign to re-build the squad, it looks like he is going for the same formula that worked at Bury.

Still think we are crying out for a Central midfield ball-player, so we can set up with a conventional 4-4-2

  Good, sounds like he is Scotish. Good, he will be able to finish all of the Haggis that Craig Easton left behind. Good

They haven't signed yet. Apply caution until they do.
