Youth team v Bristol rovers

Post by supergulls »

Just getting ready to make the trip to Bristol tonight to watch the U18s. If current form is anything to go by I don't think we will get anything from this game. The lads don't seem to be playing with much confidence at the minute and are conceding silly goals. So it will take a monumental effort to proceed through to the next round where I understand we have got quite a favourable draw before all the big boys enter the affray in the 3rd round. I'm not sure if anybody else is mad enough to make the effort tonight but hopefully there will be a few of us to cheer the lads along. If anybody is interested I will gladly supply updates as the night goes on.

Up the gulls !!

Surely it's not youth team in the morning then the cup game in the afternoon? Pitch will be a state.

Losing 2-1 we were 1-0 up but the game slipped away from them. But they are pushing for the equaliser
