still keeping the faith
I wish they would stop making the chrest look so bloody cheap.
i think it was 2003 season when we last had a decent kit! if i remember correctly blue shorts with a yellow stripe and yellow top with two blue stripes and the chrest actually looked like it should do!
Wouldn't mind a collar on the top either!

I quite liked it initially. At least Vandanel try and give us bespoke kits. I liked last season's home kit and the white version we had...plus the blue away kit we had a few years ago was a classic.
I would like to see what shorts they put with this and whether that stripe thing continues down it in the way Melchester Rovers did in the 70s (although, the srtipe did swap sides for Roy Race et al).
Part of me wonders if this design is a form of homage to the 70s white kit that had a stripe down the side.

Well, I'm going to have it sent over here - I like it a lot, and the last shirt I had was the blue away shirt from 2006. (leaving gift from staff at bookies - awww!)
I'm going to see how many incongruous places I can have it photographed at.

I will say the shirt looks better than it did when they showed it at plainmoor. It had a blue badge in the blue stripe and looked odd. At least it shows better so the yellow works better.

I don t like it as much as the outgoing home shirt, but we ve had many worse in recent times (lets not forget our farcical experiment with mango not so long ago).

I don't mind the shirt TBH. But it doesn't really matter what the shirt looks like if the players wearing the shirt are doing their bit on the pitch! :~D

Personally I like the new home shirt and will definitely be buying one in October when they're available.

I actually like it. I'll be getting one as soon as they are available, just in time for Christmas most likely

In fairness to Vandanel though, Dave, they are having to fly in a special extra large shipment of material to make you a shirt big enough.

The badge bit is just, yuk!
It looks like one of those fake kits that gets sprayed on to naked ladies.
