Searching through the FA site and found this little gem

PARTICIPATING IN A FIXTURE WHILST UNDER AN AUTOMATIC SUSPENSION
Gateshead FC, National League - Premier

Breach of FA Rule E12 – It is alleged that Gateshead FC failed to ensure that Mr. Carl Magnay complied with an automatic suspension, in that he participated in the following fixture:

Torquay United FC v Gateshead FC
National League – Premier
26 November 2022

Mr. Magnay has until 6pm on 7 December 2022 to provide a response.

Could this possibly change the result of this fixture? If they've had a player playing who shouldn't have been, and picked up a point as a result, that could have potentially cost us 2 points we could argue?

Hasnt been the case in previous incidences in league games. The only time the other team benefit is in cup ties.

Gateshead face a points deduction, which is at the descetiom of the Disciplinary Committee, along with a fine, which may be suspended.

TUFC weill NOT be awarded any points!
