Notts County v Torquay United Sat 29 Oct KO 3pm
Top meets bottom and United will be very heavy odds on to lose.
County have scored 42 goals to our 13 and in Langstaff they have a player who cannot stop scoring-17 to date.
Kyle Cameron and Aaron Nemane are regulars in the team and I suspect we are in for a very tough afternoon.
I just cannot see any evidence to us getting even a point so I feel 4-0 to County is a realistic prediction.

I must be insane.... no, not just because I support Torquay... but I've actually bought a ticket for this one (Nurse!)
Will we win... of course not. Will we draw... of course not... will we lose (again)... that's a given.
GJ et al... prove me wrong!

Been to Newton Abbot today and tried to place a correct score bet on tomorrow's match. Unfortunately the betting terminal in both Ladbrokes and Betfred ( other bookies are available) only went up to six!!!!! Never mind, I've just gone online and backed Torquay to loose 7-0, 8-0, 7-1 and 8-1.

Whatever happens tomorrow I hope Gary Johnson makes the whole squad watch the Video next week in full so that certain players pick up the difference between, very good and poor, and very bad.
Make the squad watch it every day for a week.
Notts will move the ball very quickly, which we can do sometimes, but watch the play off the ball. We are classic suckers for ball watching and not marking tight. We do not anticipate great balls from Deano the list is endless.
Normally I am a glass half full guy but our lack of ability this season is stretching my patience.

We’re as big as 16/1 to win which is honestly quite incredible and a sign of how bad we are. I can’t imagine we’ve ever been such a big price for a league game!

I can’t see it being anything other than a heavy beating by 4+ goals. We’re such a mess can we even name more than 4 subs? In all honesty I’ve given up on this season and accepted we’re going down and probably will be with plenty of games to spare. Anything else is a bonus.

What’s the point in even following them then? Yes, we are shite, and no I don’t think we’ll turn it around under GJ, but we may as well get behind the playerssomersetgull wrote: 28 Oct 2022, 18:49 Never seen us play.
Blimey we were relegated by September.
