Moxey..........Best player on the park. That low cross into the box in the second half was esquisite, just a pity one of our THREE players sliding in were too slow to capitalise.

Halstead....... A great save In the last few minutes to deny Scunthorpe a win. Fantastic!

Martin......Scored a goal after an excellent move and gave a solid performance.

Lapslie......Runs runs and runs. If only he could play a full ninety minutes. Unlikely to be fit enough to play on Tuesday, we need him fully fit.

Omar........Worth a mention, had improved, willing to throw his body on the line, although some of his last ditch clearances could go anywhere!

Smith looked ok having just joined us, hope to see more of him, looks a prospect.

Others appeared off the pace with poor first (and second) touch.

1. Moxey
2. Halstead
3. Evans
4. Smith
5. Joint Wyatt and Martin

Still need to sort out the defence with two new central defenders. Too slow, too clumsy and too basic in their approach - makes the rest of the team too nervous and defensive. Halstead even tried or was told to start passing out from the back but both Omar and Marshall are lacking vision and any passing ability to start and risk that.
