We will do well to get anything from this match - a draw would be a good result but I'm not holding my breath. The teams underneath us are starting to revive eg. Fylde winning away the other night, Chesterfield improving. I still think we need 54 points at least to survive, particularly as there has been no guidance from the National League as to how many teams go down.
You would think this will be a tougher game than Sutton. At least it's on a good grass pitch so no excuses. I am expecting a much improved performance but still think
we will lose 2-0
we will lose 2-0

I feel more confident about this game than I did Sutton. We just don't perform on the artificial stuff, 2-1 to us with a late winner.

Boreham Wood sell tickets in advance on their website with a £2 discount - but then add a £1 booking fee.
I'll pay at the gate.

Is it? I thought they played on one of those DESSO pitches paid for by Arsenal (as their U-23's and ladies teams play there).

Boreham pitch cost a million squid back in 2017 for the newest and latest playing surface buts its still artificial - a hybrid of artificial fibres combined with natural grass. Always hard to predict a score, but if we play anything like we did on Saturday we will be hammered.

I stand corrected. In that case I see us losing 3 nil with no shots on target!!

Longridge being out of action is a big minus for this game - I'm not sure that we have any more left-sided defenders at the club. Boring Wood will ceratainly be targetting this area of our defence, just as other teams did a few years ago when Sam Chaney was filling in at left back (Liam Davis was injured then too!).
