Haha  No don't worry they're still scum, but the kit is quite nice, mainly because it reminds me of the Sheff Utd kit of last season which I thought was quite smart..

Standard generic teamwear kit. Disappointing effort here from Joma. Buy it for £11.90, add another 8 quid for a sponsor and badge and you still won't have paid half of what the club will charge for a kit Hele Rovers might be sporting this season.

follow the link and select white/gold and you will see the kit above...

If it was about value for money no one would follow Torquay.

True - but assuming the kit will be around £44.99, it means you are paying £32 - mainly to parade around in a shirt that has the unsightly massive sponsor logo of MB Insolvency - plus the miniscule, in comparison, club badge. If, we applied the same 'lack of value' in every other aspect of our lives, we would all require the services of MB Insolvency!

Don't forget that the £11.90, is already a massive mark-up on what is takes to produce such unimaginative shirts. At least, in the past with Vandanel/Sondico, at least some thought had gone into the overpriced shirts we were being asked to buy. If we were going down the generic kit route, then we may as well have gone with adidas, nike, puma etc.

If the writing, symbols and badge were in blue and not black it would be quite a decent away/3rd kit. The black spoils it.

Come on Torquay enough fannying about where's the new home kit, this is all really amateurish, we must be the only supporters in the country that dont know what we are wearing next season. There's only a couple of weeks to go for crying out loud! :|
You are my torquay, my only torquay, you make me happy when skies are grey, you'll never know, just, how much i love you, so don't take my torquay away.

Perhaps that is how it comes; the generic version on the Joma site - see link above - has the black Joma logo as well.

To be fair it's only a bloody third kit though! Why we even need a third kit is beyond me.

Third kits, multi-coloured boots, all seater stadiums...modern football can feck off.

I like bespoke kits and I would prefer us to have one - however, this club has taken it too far...

Are they planning on playing in a charity cricket match?
It'll come in handy then...

So, the new kit has finally been unveiled. As a fan of a proper collar and the yellow and white stripes, I have to say I'm pretty underwhelmed. The fuzziness of the picture makes it difficult to judge, though.
