Mistaken Identity

Post by AustrianAndyGull »

Again, a bit of fun ( i really don't know why people on 'ere keep calling me a miserable c*nt ;-) ) i'm always coming up with innovative ideas for threads to have fun with! :O Well, at least thats what i call it.

As we have loads of members who use this forum it would be good to find out if any of you have ever been likened to any famous people or mistaken for a celebrity.

My stories are these:

First of all everyone calls me Karl Pilkington with hair due to my straight forward comments about anything and everything and we have the same mannerisms.

Secondly, at school i was likened to Brian Harvey from East17 when i used to have a skinhead.

Thirdly i was stopped by a load of schoolkids at York railway station about 7 years ago asking for my autograph because they thought i was Danny Murphy

Lastly due to my facial hair configuration i have been called Rufus Hound!

Beat that! ( No , not Bomb the Bass! )

Anyone who says they have been mistaken for Brad Pitt or Mr Tumble can f*ckin' do one!!!!!!! :@
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

Peter Crouch is about my only comparison. Mainly because I'm fairly tall and VERY wirey. I also have a mean robot on me.
Maybe one day, Carayol will find London...

My kids think I'm Paul Merton, and to prove it they point out they've never seen me and him in a room at the same time! :-/

When me and my brother are stood next to each other, some people think we're twins when he's actually 2 and a half years older...

When I'm on a football pitch, people liken me to Emmanuel Eboue due to my eccentric running up and down the right hand side with or without the ball

And elsewhere, I'm known as a midget. But not really likened to anyone famous, luckily.
