Looking for someone, anyone, who is genuinely expert on the FCR. All will be revealed as and when it is necessary, but this is not an exciting opportunity at all, and may involve spending some time with me at a venue of your choice over the coming few months. Does 'Creditors' need an apostrophe, and if so, where does it go?

No, it doesn't need an apostrophe. It is implying multiple creditors, rather than something possessed by a creditor.
