Fair play to the Welsh FA, seems common sense has prevailed, four hours isn't going to make a blind bit of difference.
It remains to be seen how happy they'll be if he gets crocked against Plymouth.

Dont think the club would have been short of offers to take Billy to Heathrow if that was the only way he could play :)
