Had a thought over the weekend.

Rene was due to have some surgery after the end of last season. Does anyone know if this has happened? I would have thought there would be a period of time for re-couperation post any op and therefore wondered if he will be ready for the new season.

Honest answer, don't know, however the fact nothing has been made public would suggest that if Rene did have an operation it was fairly minor and went with out any complications.

Nothing to worry about. Rene will start the season fitter, leaner and meaner than he was a year ago..
