Wouldn't have wanted him back. He was excellent for us here last time and deserved all the plaudits he received but he may well not be that player any more. It hasn't worked out for him since he left and I think we had the best of him for that season. Tbh, I'm delighted Mr Ling has obviously earmarked some other targets and won't be swayed by nostalgia or approaches from agents/players.
I'm not sure how his style would fit alongside the calmness of Saah anyway, those two just don't seem like an obvious choice for a defensive pairing.#

FROM SHOTS SITE "I have always believed in my ability. There are no flaws in my game that I can see. Managers know what they're getting with me. I am consistent and train hard every day and work to my maximum."
No flaws? um.. Guy, much as I loved watching you play and you did great for us.. I think you'll find control and passing or the lack thereof may count as flaws?

Fate: A police dog called Bryn bit Torquay player Jim McNichol and the time while he was receiving treatment was added onto the end of the second half.
Not to mention his lightening pace!chippygull wrote:FROM SHOTS SITE "I have always believed in my ability. There are no flaws in my game that I can see. Managers know what they're getting with me. I am consistent and train hard every day and work to my maximum."
