apparently.
Good - particularly for the player and hopefully the club can reap the rewards of taking a bit of a gamble.
Anyone see him play for the ressies today?

Bit of a gamble, but it could pay dividends.
He had plenty of success at Wycombe, and when he started at Millwall, but injuries have taken their toll.
I think with a few games behind him and fitness returning to its peak, we could have a bargain here.
Robertson has been great at right-back so far, but it can't help to have cover, without having to break up the midfield duo aswell.

With Ellis leaving in January, this could be a good move.
Robertson will be good cover for Branston and Charnock!

I'm sure I saw on the OS earlier that we'd signed him but soon after it was taken down

Excuse me, norvern git!
As for Ellis leaving...we turned down £100.000 for him from Peterborough, and i'm sure they'll improve their offer in January. And with Ipswich and championship clubs allegedly sniffing around, I'm "guessing" he'll be gone! :?

Really? £100k?
Didn't expect that so soon, to be honest. I knew Bournemouth were interested, and they haven't really got the kind of money to make us really consider it. Peterborough on the other hand, love to spend the cash, and if Ellis were to go there, I'd hope we milk them for every penny possible, as we need payback for paying that silly amount for Constantine...
I hope Ellis stays for the long run, but it would obviously be understandable if he moved on to bigger and better things - he's good enough.

Not to mention the £25k they apparently robbed off of us for Scotty's loan last year...

Yeah. Basically, lets give Mr Fry some of his own medicine
However, obviously I'd rather Ellis wouldn't go..

Prize idiot SNW yet again wins 'insight of the week award' with this really helpful statement:
"Senda is signing.....apparently."
I spoke to my source too last week & he said that Torquay will sign Alan Shearer, then again he said they might not.
