Cheers Dave, of course getting a drink from you was never going to be a problem. Unlike that BarnsleyGull fella...getting a drink off him is like trying to get blood out of a bloody stone! I sent him a PM and he wasn't even sure if he was going to this match...miserable git!
Unless of course he was trying to avoid me!

Haven't got mine as I expected today after ordering them on Monday. I too phoned yesterday to sort out the student issue and was told they had already been posted recorded delivery. I agree with others, this situation could have been handled a lot better, you can't use the "small club" excuse as a sweeping statement for everything that goes wrong for lack of forthought esp. when it concerns supporters money at hard times. Had they have asked for volunteers I would have considered doing so.

I would have thought that one could get quite alot of blood out of a BLOODY stone!
Anyone else still waiting for their tickets? - a little bit of panic is now starting to set in. I rang the club and they said if they don't turn up by Friday morning then give us a call and we will sort it out - they were posted by recorded delivery yesterday!!!! - Well, correct me if I am wrong, isn't recorded delivery a next day service? If so, are they still sending tickets out today? and what exactly are they are going to do on Friday if they do not arrive! - I don't even live in Torquay and my mail gets here at 12.45pm - I would need to nearly be in Manchester by then. Why are the club not keeping fans posted on the current position on the the website - that is what it is there for! - it would certainly avoid all this speculation! and lack of communication.
I bought the £56.00 tickets hoping I may get a reasonably good position - wanted to be with the crown really for singing purposes - not sure what I'll get!
AWJ.
May not be the original, but I am the best 'TauntonGull' .... See I can do signatures too, coz I am a real boy!
