Little - kept pushing forward and created most of our best chances
McDonald - made a couple of excellent saves to keep us in the game until the end
CLE - high energy support but missed Wright as a target man partner
Martin - had a good first half but ran out of steam second half
Wearne - another who had a good first half but drifted out of the game later
Honourable mentions for Omar and Winter who were up against one of the best centre forwards in the league and a giant of a substitute but they were unable to keep a clean sheet as Solihull wrested control of midfield in the fourth quarter.

Martin - another very solid performance.
Little - showed some good touches but faded
Winter - decent display, out of position.
McDonald - made a few decent saves but kicking / distribution remains shambollic.
Wearne - for first half performance.

Ali Omar - didn’t put a foot wrong all night. Fans quick to bash out players when they play badly but don’t recognise a decent performance.

Omar - Strong all night, won or cleared everything coming his way while up against a good attack. Maybe, in my view, should have been given man of the match.
McDonald - Pulled off a number a fine saves, a strong voice at the back in directing defenders. Maybe his ball distribution was not up to standard, but I feel this was a result of no target man.
Little - Drove the team forward for the first 70 minutes, maybe a little overrun during the last twenty.
Wearne - Strong first half performance. Like others drifted out of the game, as we became overrun.
