Bromley v Torquay 9th Oct
There's no urgency or pace or movement just so lethargic
Johnson has brought this lot in but they are doing a good job of getting him out!
Yet again only Lapslie can hold his head up.
The other nine outfield players have been a disgrace.

So their goal scorers never score. What are we doing!!!!
Exactly that. Such a poor half. To many passengers out there I'm afraid. Looking at the bench, nobody on there to change it either. Already looks like a case of damage limitation.
Little, Evans, Holman, Hall all anonymous so far.

Remind me our manager is Gary Owers isn’t it ????
I can see us going down 3 or 4 nil.

This could be a long afternoon, I will not accept two games in a week and both away as being a cause for our poor play, these are so called pro footballers, too many of them are playing for the paycheck as opposed to the shirt, this is not the Torquay of last season.

At no point have we seriously looked like scoring, and even when we do get in front of their goal, there's just so sense of real threat.

Have we had a shot on target?

Bromley have done very little in the second half, they haven't had to as the game was won by half time as we are never going to score.

This is so frustrating to watch. We're going out wide down at Bromley's end of the pitch and the crosses into the box are going absolutely nowhere. We're completely toothless. No finishing quality at all.

One of the, admittedly many, shortcomings of this side is there is absolutely no pace whatsoever. Zero threat in front of goal this afternoon which is so disappointing after last weeks goal fest. Difference is this week, we are facing a top side.
Based on the first eleven games we are going to struggle to get 50 points this season.
We need at least 5 new players now.
