No thread???
Anyway, defo six pointer today.
Need a win to keep up the pressure.
Hopefully a few players back today from injury and we can have some sort of decent formation....
Plan - Keep Armstrong quiet.....
Although they are no great shakes away from home....

I'll join you Super!!
Definitely an important game today with Hartlepool close (albeit played a game more) and Sutton playing Wrexham later it would be good to have the 3 points

That is just what Hartlepool said about us before we played them away, earlier in the
season.....and looked what happened there.

So Sterry starts after all, let's hope Andrews and Whitfield are alert to the threat .

Not the start we wanted - it’s going to be a tough game now

Although one nil down we have been playing reasonably well, the goal was a comedy of errors, Mcdonald mindful of his sending off pulled out of attacking the forward running through which the defenders should have dealt with and ultimately made no save at all, our passing is pretty but largely ineffectual born out by the fact their keeper hasn't had to got his gloves dirty in the first 45.

Hmmm. not bad. Shame I haven’t got Gary’s number coz I think ASA could go back as a CB, move Lewis out to LB, promote Jake to midfield. Bring on Olaf for Whitfield (looks tired). Put Connor back in to midfield. Job done.

......aided by the fact that when we get near the penalty area the Hangers have 9 men to protect the keeper.culmstockgull wrote: 06 Mar 2021, 15:52born out by the fact their keeper hasn't had to got his gloves dirty in the first 45.

Very even first half. Both teams had 2 corners, 3 attempts and 2 on target but theirs have been the clearer cut and, of course, they have the goal. Their defence looks stronger and better organised than ours - we must take care as we chase the game - we may get undone again.

Get Andrews off for anybody else!!
Yet again our main striker hasn't had a single pass.

Think I would have brought on Umerah instead of Waters. That partnership has not proved very fruitful so far.
I'd go back home to Chesterfield if I was Boden.
He must realise he's made a mistake.
Just like Street who also had no service.
Nevermind super Umerah is on now!!!
