Read elsewhere there has been one training with us all week. GJ doesn’t tend to break news until shortly before matches in the main.Bristol_Gull wrote: 08 Feb 2020, 22:32 No new strikers to be seen as yet, I thought the ‘irons were in the fire?’!

Good job Woking FC did not apply the same rule when we scored our equaliser at their place last season leading to the Torquay fans pitch celebrations. This Woking fan might feel slightly aggrieved that what was good for the goose is not good for the gander.Hammdog2601 wrote: 09 Feb 2020, 09:59 Imagine being 28 and you run on the pitch towards other teams fans, Christ what an absolute pollock. It would make no sense to unveil a signing so far before a game. It just gives the other team a chance to prepare for them. Gives us a bit of a surprise factor.
Same goes for injury updates.

I see this as both good and bad news. While I thank Jackson and Bradford City, it confirms my thinking that Liam is still a long way off.

He picked up a bad injury at Woking away, when targeted by them. This alone tell you how Woking rate him.
Further on return was clearly not fully fit and playing in a team struggling with injuries at the time.
I would welcome him back.

Yes let's hope CLE, Little and Hall who were all out for lengthy spells, stay injury free this season, the midfield would look quite strong then, they can all score goals and Hall is a threat in the air, something we missed a bit last season.
Agree with these three fit for the season the midfield would match any in the league. With the addition of a few experienced players which Gary Johnson has indicated is going to happen and the small matter of replacing Jamie up front I for one would look forward to a good campaigndesperado wrote: 19 Jul 2020, 11:05 Yes let's hope CLE, Little and Hall who were all out for lengthy spells, stay injury free this season, the midfield would look quite strong then, they can all score goals and Hall is a threat in the air, something we missed a bit last season.

Connor will be first - they're still figuring out how to get the Zimmer frames through the door for the other two.Wolborough wrote: 19 Jul 2020, 17:21 So, is it to be Danny Wright, Gary Warren and Connor Evans first in through the door??
