Sad to learn of the death of ex-Bee and ex-Gull Cliff Myers.

Very skilful midfielder in the sort of Nicky Wroe mould to liken him to a more recent player .Had a good strike on him and passed the ball well Played in our side at a difficult time after
relegation to the 4th tier when we were thinking how have we ever sunk to this level,and it was a struggling side

Agree with you desperado, I saw him play several times, he was good, had a sweet left foot as I recall. 72 is no age.

Cliff Myers - very good player, and his son Chris was decent as well. Sad news

Rip. , before my time but condolences to the Myers family. Remmeber Chris well as a good all rounder midfielder. Came up through the old YTS scheme.
