Training at Seale Hayne.

Post by portugull »

I am planning on visiting Seale Hayne on Wednesday morning to observe training.
I plan to merely observe and take detailed notes nothing more.
Will I be excluded or welcomed?
Anyone want to join me?

Deffo sounds like Alan Partridge.

Make sure you use pencil though not a pen. We don't want any monstrous use of a biro out there. :)

Good luck with that Portugull esp if you are taking detailed notes ! The last time I tried that I was approached by an assistant, asked who I was what I was doing and asked to leave. I should
watch through the hedge ! Can't imagine your
notes will be very long though !

Yes, just turning up and taking notes, you could be anyone, you could be scouting for another club as said above you'll soon be asked to leave. I would suggest you ring the club today, ask how you go about getting permission to watch training, don't take notes, just observe and pass on your thoughts.

After this farcical start to the season, no other club in its right mind, in the whole world, would want to scout ANY of our 'players'.

Following on from the above replies, you'd be better off taking your kit.
I'm sure you'd get to join in the training and have a run out in the 6 a side at the end.
