He was always erratic at best. Plenty of potential but for me he didn't fully realise it.

Not as good as he was made out to be at Torquay; did well for himself at Crewe but opinion of him at Orient has been scathing

Mark Ellis had a couple of excellent seasons with Torquay perhaps injuries set him back a little.
