The Overscrew and Mutiny Committee can only make recommendations but can't make decisions. Any recommendations they make would have to be considered by the Cabinet, Mayor or Full Council st a future meeting.

Truth is we all talk a good argument on here, but when it comes to actually doing something practical or committing to something we disappear in haze of apathy. If GI actually do close the club down I doubt we will muster a whimper.
As far as TUST are concerned they (and I mean the TUST board) have probably given up hope given the recent lack of commitment from their membership.
