Torquay United v Daggers
Tough game tonight for many reasons, but that's the way we like it! Hope that the popside singers will be in good voice from the start. They really can make a big difference to the players belief in themselves. Snoop is so close to the fans and must hear any negative comments and it does seem to effect his confidence. I believe in praising the good and making "no comment" to the not so good during the game !

I just hope we play it sensible with a strong narrow midfield with Bliss up front, yes one up front in a 4-4-1-1 either Chaney or Ward around Blissett. Chaney would be my first choice but using Ward in midfield. We need to get something out of this game. I just hope Nicho has everyone available. Gerring suspended?

Apparently we will find out the appeal result later today, which doesn't sound ideal. Gallifuoco - Gerring - McGinty - LRT would probably be the hoped for line up, but if the appeal is rejected Gallifuoco will have to play in the centre and we don't have a right back so probably Richards there, which in turn messes up the midfield. Sparkes also having a late fitness test and Ward recovering from illness, so picking a line-up in advance was pretty much an impossible job for Nicho. Robba away with Gibraltar, so we might be short of players if too many of the above aren't available.

I will be at Plainmoor tonight and I back goodluckgull 100% that the popside do not have a go at Rowe-Turner.
The Daggers are top for a reason and we will have to be at our very best to win this game.
A draw 1-1 is my prediction.

What was the point of having Scivens on loan if you arent going to play him?? He never really got a chance. When he did come on i thought he showed a great turn of pace and looked good on the ball.taxilady wrote:just seen that Scrivens has gone back to West Brom cos he didn't get enough pitch time here.....
No Gerring.
I m sure Richards could cover RB.
In fact apart from Berry when was the last time we had a dedicated RB?? Please no-one say Dale Tongue my Nan could have done a better job than him

Last time we played against 10 men at Plainmoor we lost 3-0 to Chesterfield. Better hope that won't happen tonight.

Great win Torquay, but it looks like we've actually dropped a place! It could only happen to Torquay.......
