Unquestionably Kevin Nicholson must be our manager next season. Against all the odds he has taken us from dead, buried and starting to rot to safe with two games still to play. He has built a team who belived in him and themselves, earnt the fans respect and fully deserves the right to continue his fine work.

It would be wildly unpopular if you have ideas other than this!

You'll need to make him an offer he can't refuse.. Plus a well-deserved increase in pay for the players and staff..

Offer him a new deal now, regardless of ownership. He should be here for the foreseeable future and plant some roots for us, on and off the pitch. We're lucky to have him.

.... A reference for Mr Nicholson

He is an intelligent, reflective thinker. He has recruited some excellent players on zero budget and has turned them into a team that work and fight for each other.

He is a strategist who has stuck to his guns from day 1, irrespective of negative comments and (sometimes) appalling results, because he believed in his long-term plan. He has not tried to please people gratuitously (which I fear a recent predessor did, and that was his undoing). And Mr Nicholson has got others believing too.

It is thanks to his integrity and perseverance that TUFC is where it is today, in a safe position rather than languishing at the foot of the table.

The man deserves a huge thank you - I think he is rather special, and will go on to achieve special things. Hopefully with the club that he loves, if you give him that opportunity.

PS Please ensure a decent financial bonus as a reward for ensuring the club's survival

No one is going to or can disagree with this. Thought he'd done enough prior to our safety being confirmed to given a new contract, but with a possible change of ownership due I highly doubt his future will be confirmed until after any takeover has gone through.
