EXODUS GEOHAGHON
What has happened to Exodus? Is he injured again?
Not on the bench recently and seems to have disappeared off the radar.
Does anyone know the current situation?

The commentators at the match on Saturday mentioned that he has had injury problems throughout the season, but I don't remember hearing anything about this of late. Maybe he just doesn't figure in Nicholson's plans, I'm happy with MacDonald and Smith in the centre and so is the manager, no need to change it.

I think that the club and Nicho have been trying to get rid of Exodus for a while and he does not feature in Nicho's plans. In the nightmare scenario that MacDonald gets bookings 14 and 15 we may have to call on him/ Gerring to play for 3 matches.
I suspect that's right. Exodus plays as a sweeper in a formation involving wing backs. We are not set up that way.
Exodus plays as a sweeper in a formation involving wing backs. Bit to much praise there methinks, nothing against the lad, being honest, think I'd rather have Exodus cheese playing at centre back, than this lad.

If you had seen him play at forest Green in midfield he did a good job for the side I think he's injured as he was there tonight supporting the players.forevertufc wrote:Exodus plays as a sweeper in a formation involving wing backs. I did see him play in that match, poor excuse of a footballer, terrible signing end of.

I thought Exodus had a good game in the 1.0 win on the opening day of the season, doesn't make him a player all of a sudden worth worrying about, whether he's fit or not longer in the managers plans, as 90 % of the time he's been utter shite, but a useful long throw however.
I fully understand why Cox brought him to the club, and a few season back when I saw him play along Branston for Kettering I said at the time would love to him in a Torquay shirt, but you have to look at the player as he is today.
The turning circle of a horse drawn barge, the straight line pace of a retired snail, as for his ability to pass the football, lets not go there, think he makes Richards look like Beckham, and that's saying something.
I wish Exodus well for the future, do I want see him in Torquay shirt, no, not really.

What you travelled to Forrest Green! and you think he was crap he played well and so did the team we were unlucky up there.forevertufc wrote:I did see him play in that match, poor excuse of a footballer, terrible signing end of.
I tend to agree with you Forever. However he is there now until June so we will have to hope that if it comes to it he proves us both wrong. Having been behind him when he is watching he is clearly a good club man.

He was match unfit from the beginning, the only reason he was in the squad was because there was no one else. Luckily we now have players worthy of the shirt. I thank him for his bionic long throws that during the first 10 games got him and the team a few goals. Thankfully we as a club are not a charity no more and come June it will be see you later. He must be one of our higher earners still left on the payroll. His career is finished unless he can seriously prove himself.

I serousley don't rate him but in that game he did well when Nicholson took him off and we collapsed and lost the game. It was a game when Nicho had several players out Gus played midfield and struggled.forevertufc wrote:
