Richards - Excellent
Young - Couldn't separate him and Richards
Bowman - A handful
Downes - Faultless
Macdonald - Ditto

Richards. Does so much of the "unnoticed" stuff and mixes in some good passing and forward runs.

Downes. Stood Strong against a complete w*nker of a centre forward for them and didn't get pulled into the handbag stuff. Plus got on the end of a few corners
and eventually got the break for the goal.

Tonge. Another solid performance and got forward well to support. Hardly put a foot wrong.

Cruise, Same as Tonge and did really well not to react to a disgraceful tackle near the end by Rooney which should have been another straight red for them.

McDonald. Like Downes he was up against a clown who was more concerned with trying to cheat his way through the game. I think Angus got into Hobsons head and he fell apart and let himself and his team down. Though I believe that he has accused Angus of spitting at him which I hope is not true.


Rest of the team were fine and the workrate was superb again with Chapple and Ajala doing a lot of good work on the back foot.
