He made contact mate, got sent off playing for Hampshire once for the same thing..................after 2 minutes. Reacted the same way he did and got a disrepute charge thrown at me to boot.
My own FA cleared me of the disrepute, banned me for 3 games but I had it overturned by the English FA on the grounds that as I was representing the Hampshire FA I should have had my case dealt with by a neutral FA. Still hacked me off for losing a days wages and a long trip to Yorkshire for 2 minutes of action :rules:

It's folklore that a former semi pro goalkeeper who is a member on here and who resides in Hampshire, can down a full pint of Magners in less than a quarter of 10 seconds, especially when it's someone else's round.

It's also folklore that a certain poster on here can't stay put for two pints without needing a leak

WHAT!?!?!?!?!
That is a nailed on red card. It's impossible to make out whether he gets the bloke or not, but if he does, he's got to go, the striker is round him and in on goal, it's 1-0 for sure.
If the same thing happened 10 minutes rather than seconds into the match, no one would bat an eyelid. Equally, if the same thing happens tomorrow at Barnet and their keeper isn't off, I'll punch the referee myself.
Matt.

P'haps I worded that wrong. I meant to post along the lines of in most games I see that would rarely be a yellow, of course a penalty, but in my opinion harsh ref!ferrarilover wrote:
