We can't actually sack him because we have no money. That is fine so long as i know the score. So effectively we have no choice but to stick with him is this correct? So what if say we are 10 points adrift of safety come January theoretically speaking, i take it he still keeps his job should he still want it?

I'm not being facetious, i honestly don't know how it all works.

You dont have to sack him just pay him his montgly wage while under contract.

If someone else picks the team, motorvates the team, writes the theme tune, sings the theme tune then surely thats a way around it.
