POLL - Views on Martin Ling returning

Post by PlainmoorRoar »

I heard a few people saying they wouldnt renew their season ticket if Ling returned to watch another season of 1 striker and playing not to lose rather than trying to win!

Thoughts?

It's a tricky one to answer. Reduced pricing for renewal ends on Tuesday. A lot of people will have to take a chance on the managerial outcome being the one that they would favour.I'm not a season ticket holder, but I may not attend so many games if the football is boring...is that called 'sitting on the fence' ?

I have renewed my season ticket because the sales of season tickets are very important to the club. Wages have to be paid. Even those out of contract get paid up to June.

I have voted for the first option but it doesn't mean I endorse the return of The Negative One. I support TUFC and will attend regardless.

No matter who is in charge, I will still attend plainmoor when I can and attend away fixtures too. I'd rather have Knill than Ling in charge but whoever is in charge, I will support the club regardless.

Torquay til I die.

I have voted yes, again nothing to do with the manager, in fact going down tommorrow to mine and the lads.

Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

I'm going to have a season ticket no matter who is manager.

In my opinion, if you really were a fan, then you'd have a season ticket even if it was Ling in charge. Yes, some people thinks he plays "boring football" but surely if you were a true Torquay fan through & through, then it wouldn't affect your attendance.

Just my opinion, don't want to cause any hostility.
