Might get a bit of stick for this......but I would actually quite like to see Buckle return, I know not many people on here would want him back, but IMO we were a top league 2 side under his management. However how effective would he be without Shaun North as his number 2?
Anyway..... Never going to happen with his new role in America, which is why I can't understand for the life of me why sky bet has him with odds as sort as 6/1 to return..???

Who will it be?
Quite! Not sure what this guy's problem is, and where he comes up with, IMO, such a far fetched story?nickfrench82 wrote: I'd want to know from this w****r, why he describes Torquay as being 'laughingly in 23rd place in league 2'.
Yes we're 23rd, and bang in trouble, but to have a no mark journalist make comments like 'laughingly', that is quite frankly pathetic.

Who will it be?
Robbie Fowler anyone??
Just come across this.......can't see it personally
This would be a risky one for me but I like the idea of a high profile ex player.

Re: New Goalkeeper
Really would love to see pokey back, however I feel this is highly unlikely! Does any1 think lingy may consider going after another clubs first choice keeper and therefor spending some of the funds from Bobby's transfer?
I know lingy spoke about doing everything possible to replace Eunan with someone of equal quality,
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18422671" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
so will he try to replace bobby the same? (will be very difficult I know!) or are we going to have to rely on the free bee market? I just feel the replacements mentioned so far that would be quality replacements on a free (Pokey & James) are way out of our reach!

Re: Mark Ellis to Crewe ....
Couldn't agree more bixie, any amount less than 6 figures would be an absoloute disgrace! I honestly think a tribunal would value him more! Especially being an integral part of the defence that kept 20 clean sheets in our promotion race!bixieupnorth wrote:no way thats not enough, we should hold out for a tribunal fee, crewe are swilling with money after the powell deal, 70l is an insult to the time and money we've spent nurturing him
what is wrong with us, its about we stood up for ourselves and said no, yr not having this player for the first offer you put in, tell em we want £150k and work from there, bad deal yet again, if true, TUFC board

Re: Bodin back to Torquay?
Now that Olejnik has gone to Peterborough for a reported £300,000, surely a bid for Bodin is now imminent?

Re: 2012/13 Kit
Two new strips would be ideal!
Personally not a fan of the current home Kit, or much that Vandanel produce for that matter!
Would be great to go for a bigger name ie Adidas/Nike, even Puma or Kappa would do!
