Just to clarify though, i'm talking Premiership goals and not goals in the cups, well FA Cup given Stoke are already out the league cup.

Owen isn't bothered one bit about playing football IMO. Which is a shame because he is a talent and a threat just a shame that he prefers money over playing even though he's minted. Another greedy c*nt. He won't even score 5 goals for Stoke because he's just not interested in the game anymore.

Looks like he's heading to Stoke on a 2 year deal. Tbh, I am fairly surprised they've offered him a 2 year deal, such is his injury problems. But I hope this means he might actually become a starting XI player and get the chance to notch some goals. Might plop him in my dream team if the price is right!

Michael Owen is said to be weighing up his options. After much thought, it's now a straight choice between Loose Women & Homes Under the Hammer.

In all seriousness, am I the only one who thinks Owen could still score goals in the Prem? If (and it's a big if) he stays fit and gets into a starting XI, then I don't see any reason why he can't pop up with 10+ goals at least. He might not be that quick anymore but you never lose that 'fox in the box' mentality.
