I'm not frustrated at all. I don't particularly care. All I see is a bloke being repeatedly denigrated on the basis of no evidence whatsoever. When the topic comes up, those
'in the know', tend to swoop down, offer a bit of innuendo; suggest it is 'their lookout' if someone challenges your apparent 'inside knowledge'. Don't comment on the topic, and expect not to be challenged, if you are unwilling or unable to offer a single reason as to why everyone should be wary of Bill Phillips.
I am not mentioning hearsay as fact - in fact quite the opposite. Hearsay, is hearsay and that is what you have offered and seemingly based much of your opinion on. It may well be that you are right but if you are I just wonder what is in it for Bill Phillips? What does he get out of working for the football club for free and getting dogs abuse from some for what it is he does?
