still not here, unless shes completely eaten the whole parcel!! gutted!

letter box too low to fit cage, educating the new postman to say NO loudly to her, but the bastard royal mail keep changing them every few months!

thanks for the offer Fl and the compliments andy!!

pete legg has emailed and explained that because it was a double header they sent the hartlepool and pompey programmes out in one envelope on tuesday, they're still not here tho!! but at least it explains the delay for the weekend game tho, wouldve been nice to know that before today tho.

working tomor so means the dog will probably ruin two for the price of one! only took the offer up as was told they'd be sent saturday to arrie on tuesday which is almost always my day off!

oh well, she may be a bit slow off the mark tomorrow!

cheers

Bix, mate, send me a cheque for the cost of one home programme for every home game remaining. I'll buy an extra one and mail it to you. The club get the money and you get your programme in good time.

Matt.

Oh Bix you're such a club legend!

I'm afraid if it had happened to me three times already then i'd be cancelling whether I loved the club or not. Errors have been made and they've apologised and promised to rectify it and that's good enough once, maybe twice. A third time is appalling customer service and you shouldn't let your loyalties come between you as a customer and the service you have paid for. The club is actually in a great position already as fans will shrug off problems as they love the club and TUFC get away with a lot which in any other organisation they wouldn't. It's harsh of me perhaps and I know the club are trying out new initiatives for fans but if they cannot guarantee the services they offer then they shouldn't be offering them and inconveniencing paying fans. I don't think i'm being unreasonable am I?

All the staff do an amazing job in the main and every problem I've had has always been rectified but things keep on going wrong and it needs addressing.

its wednesday after the third home game of the season, and, you've guessed it. my programme still hasnt arrived! if i didnt love this little club so much i'd be cancelling my subscription and asking for a refund. luckily i do love it so i'm prepared to wait a little longer to see if it does arrive.

please investigate andrew.

i was told the programmes would be posted on saturday, is that the plan eventually?? 2nd class on saturday, or first on a monday, as long as i beat the dog to the door!!

thanks for reply once again andrew, tell pete not to bother responding to my email now cheers, i'm sure hes got better things to do with his time!!

Considering my dad has posted me the programme we got on Saturday and it arrived with me yesterday, it shows that it can be done quickly!

ps if its hasnt been sent yet please DO NOT use the special delivery at £6.55, its not worth losing the club money!

the second tuesday after a saturday home game and once again the programme hasnt arrived with the postman just now

can you confirm if it was sent out, and if so that the sheffield address was used? i appreciate that pete was off sick the first week and then the letter was addressed to leeds by mistake. but for it to be delayed again isnt too good a service

i was told that the programmes arrived on the friday, day before the game, and that they would be posted out on the saturday, so i should receive it monday or tuesday at the latest, has this arrangement changed?

let me know if its been sent andrew please, have emailed pete just now too, but replies seem quicker thru here??

anyone else received theirs, or has no one else taken up the sub yet?

programme finally arrived via a circuitous route, my area of sheffield is called norton lees, but they'd address it as norton, leeds!! right postcode but no mention of the steel city!!

unbelievably the postage was £6.55 for next day delivery, disgusting royal mail, totally disgusting!!

brilliant programme tho, i'd urge any of you who havent subscribed to it to do so now, great read indeed
