It is hard on the fans but this way a club who is run 'inappropriately' should get no chances and go bust and new phoenix clubs like AFC Wimbledon, like Chester, like FC Halifax Town et al can be formed by the fans of those clubs who went bust.
In addition it may make the pathetic, not fit for purpose football league board to do something effective about it if many established clubs like Cov, Blackburn, Pompey etc go to the wall as it will ruin their 'product' and devalue the football league if loads went bust.
There should be no administration, no points deducted. If you can't pay your bills then f*ck off and let another team replace you who can.
