It does mean I won't be standing on the back step, I will have to move down a bit to the first row of standing I guess
Haha, I know. She can sit on my shoulders, she's the Back Step Mascot :)

Several weeks away yet, start saving mate. Wouldn't be the same if you weren't there

Several weeks away yet, start saving mate. Wouldn't be the same without the stench of garlic and the problem of having somewhere to leave your bycicle for the duration.

Edited for accuracy.

Delighted with the draw, only an hour to travel by train. Like others have said, hopefully they'll be away first game, so that the attendance may be higher.

Would have preferred it to have been at a new ground, but I'm not complaining with a Southampton tie. Cracking game last time. And it's a pretty easy trip down from London. Now I've just got to remember to request the night off work.

I will try and bring the wife along too Matt - that way she can drive your girly car.

Dave - have a couple of other things I am saving up for at the moment. Will try and save up if I can - wont cost as much this time given that there wont be as much petrol etc to pay.
Will let you know!!

Don't be stupid, all you optimists.
A winnable tie?
We can beat em?
We will definitely win?
You must be joking ........ unless we sign a keeper, of course!!!

We won't need a keeper, we will need a brick wall putting up

Southampton are at home on the opening day, to Leeds, so it won't be quite as big a crowd as we were hoping.

That's a shame. I'm guessing the crowd will be similar to the JPT match a few years ago, maybe a little bit higher.

Wonder how many we'll take, hoping for 6-800 but would love it if there were 1,000.
Na, na na, NA NA NA NA, NA NA NA NA, TORQUAY!
