The Yellow Army have voted in their numbers, with Austen Booth’s strike against Havant & Waterlooville on the final day of the campaign being named the 2023/24 Goal of the Season. With the 2023/24 campaign seeing a number of superb goals scored throughout the course of the season from the likes of Jack Stobbs, Brett McGavin, Brad Ash, Will Jenkins Davies and Arkell Jude-Boyd, it was the final fixture of the season at Plainmoor where Austen Booth registered his contender for Goal of the Season. Having already received recognition for his spectacular strike in United’s final day 5-0 victory against Havant & Waterlooville by receiving the April Goal of the Month accolade earlier this month, the Yellow Army have now also voted Austen’s strike as the 2023/24 Goal of the Season.
