Slough v Torquay United 18/08/18
As a 'remote' supporter, I have to say that the radio commentary is much appreciated not least because finding the latest score can be tricky at this level. Paul contributing exactly as I would expect him to, very assured and great contributions. Shame the team can't contribute a little more.....

Nicholson sacked 17/08
I've never said I've done any scouting for Nicholson or that he's a mate. You really are dumb enough to think that seeing one game makes you an expert on things, quite laughable really. Am I reading this right Brucie? So Southampton and Nicho were friends in the boy scouts? Or still are boy scouts?...

Poke to return?
Moore signing for Rochdale today makes a Pokey type signing a nice possibility. An aged (decent and experienced) goalkeeper can form a great base for a team - as an aged and experienced keeper, I know how important I am (I mean, they are).

Keeping Our Eye on the Ball
As a former Coventry lad I would say that as supporters we should welcome the interest shown by Kevin Foster. A thoroughly genuine and decent MP who always followed up on matters raised in his ward back there. I think having the 'wherewithall' to register on here and potentially open himself to abus...

Is a new Stadium financially viable?
Any reply from Kevin Foster yet? Given that he came from Coventry I would have thought that football ground ownership and club owners would be of particular interest to him. He was certainly up here during the initial SISU stuff and is more than aware of what has happened to CCFC, the effects and ho...

Solihull v Torquay 28-3-17
Last night was my 'localist' game and even though we were soaked, cold and bored in the first half unless a plane was taking off, the win was welcome and the spirit at the end of the game was great to see. Supporters did us proud and it was worth the £14. That would be ten games at that price to mat...

I'll be there too.
I'm bringing my 100% away record for this season with me as well. Will be trying to bring it back home with me.....

Bournemouth and their generous acts in one thread, Rene Howe in another.
No irony there then.

I've seen him twice for Notts County this season and he was anonymous.
That said, if he performs for us again then great, and I think he will. My guess is that he needed some love that just wasn't happening at County after the change of manager.

Realism is needed!
I'm a glass half full kind of a supporter but my glass is only 1\24ths full and I can't see it being topped up much by AK.
Not even to 2\12ths (that's 22 of 24 for some) and 'safety'!
ML knew how to keep my glass topped up......

Leaking of Confidential Information
Supergulls would tell us what all of this means but I think he's currently standing on a grassy knoll next to the training ground with his binos. He's currently gathering inside info on what the team are having in their sandwiches for the journey tomorrow. The management team know this and have put ...
