New Ground

We need to know what type of ground that Gaming International are offering as everyone knows there are good grounds and bad grounds. We need to know if the ground is going to be in a place that is a viable situation for the football club. I was at Clevedon Town in the 90's when they sold their Teignmouth Road ground to a developer and everything looked rosey as they had £100,000 cash as well but the problem they had is they could not generate enough money to keep the club running due to where it was a 1/2 mile out of town.

We as a club need to find out Gaming Internationals intentions what does the new ground entail and how much are they willing to spend. The football club have got to look to see if we can survive where the ground is going to be. We need a business on site to generate money otherwise we are not going to survive. Clevedon Town had it all but it only lasted about eight years. They have been sold twice and now have a gymnasium in their club house to generate cash with their bar. The football club can't use the club to change in because of this and after being in the Conference are now in the Western League but are now fighting back.

We need to make sure if this is going to happen we can survive and we need to make sure the council knows this otherwise it's a waste of time.
Bristol Rovers are going to have student flats on one side of the club to generate cash for the club we need something like this if the worst happens.
The safer bet is to stay at Plainmoor.

This would seem the obvious card the council are holding - "Sure, you can buy Plainmoor, just as soon as there is a suitable new football ground for us to transfer the covenant and asset of community value to'. "Now the planning application department is just down the corridor..."
