Did anyone else receive an email from the Club today or a firm being used/employed by the Club regarding sponsorship ?
I got one offering matchball up to boxes, digital advertising, advertising boards and just about everything else.

No but on the OS the Club is seeking a Sponsor for the F A Trophy game on Sunday via Chesham Utd.

No. Would be a nice touch to get one thanking me for contributing to the player fund though.

But how would they know? All they see is money coming in to the bank account from another bank account. No names and certainly no email addresses!

Lucy makes a very valid point. In July I sent a letter to the CEO with a cheque for £500.I had no acknowledgement and only knew the cheque arrived safely when it was presented to my bank for payment.
Philgull not everyone donates by bankers order.
The point the club needs to take on board is this. I know several fans who were considering donating but when asked if I received any thanks I told them the truth and NONE of them made a donation. A one line email would have been fine but no word whatsoever was disappointing.
