How do you work that out, then? He quite clearly states he wanted to leave, and the club did everything they can to get him to stay.

Or are you calling Kenny a liar? Please go and spread your misery elsewhere, and leave this thread to proper fans, who wish to thank a man who has given great service over the last 28 years. Good luck ken!

Kenny is a top man and has been a terrific servant to TUFC. Sad to see him leave however i wish him all the best in whatever he does.

There's only one ship sinking around here!

George, Yelling for help, whilst hanging on to an inflatable mushroom.

You have Got to ask yourself why a man who has torquay united in his veins is prepared to walk away from the club to seek something else. Maybe he's seen enough to know that now is a good time to jump ship - we shall see.

..Or because he has been with the club 28 years and wants a break like he has said himself, from his own mouth and not by any hearsay bs rumours you continue to spread, bore off. :)

Thank you Kenny, The hard work and dedication you have put into the club over the years has been fantastic.

My joint favorite "keeper" along with Big Nev. Voted for Kenny when he won P.O.T.Y. A few years later a lad I knew who knew Kenny introduced me to him, I was a bit pissed up and tried to talk about TUFC and when he played for us, " I voted for ya that year Ken" and slurring, grovelling rubbish along those lines. ( He wasnt the first or last player I had a few inebrieated words of wisdom with whilst out in the Torbay night scene.) Ken just smiled and was a dignified gent. I was thrilled when not long after he signed for his second spell with us. I keep my head down when I meet current or former players nowadays. :)

As already said by some on here, ken is not leaving because of anything that has gone on at the club, anyone who wants to pour more scorn on the club should stop now , its for other reasons other than football, End of!
Thanks for everything ken.

Brucie! You seem to have been quiet this week (or did I miss your posts amongst all the fungus). I guess there hasn't been much to moan about on the football front!
As for this statement. One of our longest serving, most honouroble servants - deserves much better than this.

Just being honest that's all. He's a goalkeeping coach who err isn't very good at coaching goalkeepers. General dogsbody who cannot seem to get the simplest task right (like writing a number 7 on a piece of paper).
Would I rather have Herrera on the sidelines? - well just about yes.
