For those who missed us last year, Highway to Hele is a TUFC/TULFC fanzine with interviews, articles and more. We published 5 issues last season, and sold almost 500 copies in total. Highlights included interviews with Kevin Hill, Martin Gritton and Neville Southall, as well as former TULFC strike Laura Gough, and articles on ticket prices, social media in football, stadium sponsorship, the museum exhibition, and a slightly awkward end of season awards. We also feature match reports and reminisce about key games in our history. It was hard work but fun.

We will be running the fanzine again this season, with new features and new contributors (and you can get involved too) and Issue 6 is due out in early August. I just confirmed the pricing for season two. If you want to subscribe online and have all 5 issues from 15/16 delivered to your door, you can do so at our online store: highwaytohele.bigcartel.com. Copies of Issue 4 and 5 are still available. I recently agreed with Louis that we will also add selected interviews from back issues to this very site, but I haven't got around to adding anything yet.

We will also be appearing at a selection of games throughout the season, and you can get in touch with us on Facebook and Twiiter in the meantime.

We really appreciate your support and hope to make Highway to Hele just as good this year as last.

Cheers.

Enjoyed reading it last season and will be subscribing for the coming season. Hope to contribute too and I tend to find myself nodding in agreement with what you post on social media and the occasional article you've written.

Just tried to subscribe and was confronted with this...

"Sorry, 2015/16 Subscription does not ship to United States."

Sad face.

Just a note to anyone (already sorted the USA issue) - we'll post anywhere as long as you can whack a stamp on it. If the store isn't set up yet, that's my fault and it's easily solvable. Just let me know.

Thank you so much to everyone who has already subscribed and thank you to those who enjoyed Season One.

Seriously recommend it to anyone.

I may be biased but I think £1.50 is an absolute steal for the amount of work Bobby and others put in to it. Genuinely funny and interesting content, as well as informative.

Should have been titled 'Pathway to Plainmoor'... :~D

Must buy it anyway; excellent read. :-D

Issue 6 went out in the post today. I hope everyone enjoys it, it's virtually twice the size of last year's efforts and I think the design, variety of content and general flow has improved greatly since we started. I hope those of you who are on the fence or who have never bought a copy will give this one a go, and consider contributing in future.

We're all really proud of it.

Link to online store here (you can buy a subscription for £7.50 (+ p&p) or individual copies of Issues 4, 5 & 6 for just £1.50 (+ p&p) each.

Will you be selling outside ground on Saturday. Is it available in club shop?

At present the answer to both questions is 'no'. It would be great if someone would volunteer to sell a few copies for me on Saturday, but as yet that person has not yet revealed themselves to me. I can't be there unfortunately. If the situation changes I will let everyone know on here and on Twitter/Facebook (links in my signature).

Regarding the club shop I did approach them earlier this year but never heard back. I intend to try again though, but it's difficult because I'd more or less be asking them to do it out of the goodness of their hearts. It's not a get rich quick scheme, I can tell you that much!

If you can't order online - I will be at other games coming up and will let everyone know on here and on Twitter/Facebook when and where I will be.

Got to say, I enjoyed last season's mags but this one is the best, biggest, stylishest, informativest and enjoyablest yet.

Sooooo worth the subscription and all the effort that has gone into it. Thanks Mr Dand and Co.

Some new insights not gained from the OS or fans' website. Some amusing bits, and very intelligently written on the whole.

Highly recommended.

Cheers (D)
