I don't want to praise him based on one YouTube clip, but based on that video he seems to not only be a good striker but a pretty intelligent footballer in terms of making runs.

10 goals in 20 is a decent return. Hopefully he and Bowman will form a partnership and not fall out a la Ajala

I know im gonna be pilloried for this but he does seem like a former striker of ours now out of favour and released. One Elliot Benyon. remembering why he was sold for a large sum. he was a goal poacher and was on the end of many 6 yard goals. watching this guy. he is also on the end of many 6 yard goals. should be interesting watching him. roll on the new season

I would suggest that he is nothing like Benyon. From what I could see from the Welling montage of goals, he has pace and awareness and there were a couple of goals at least that required him to run with the ball for some distance, not something Benyon was noted for. Anyway, a young player with some potential, lets wait and see.

I imagine a goal poacher type is what Cox wants. If we are going to be playing a more direct style of football, getting the ball in the box as often and as quickly as possible then a player like this will thrive - much like Benners did under Buckle.

Tyrone Marsh seems nothing like Benyon. For a start...
1) He seems to score goals
2) He isn't snail paced.
3) He doesn't fall over all the time.

As discussed elsewhere it seems like he might be off. A real shame if true as he was the only one hitting the net on a less than rare occasion. On the outside a ludicrous decision but I a sure there is more going on behind the scenes as to why this looks like it is going to happen.

I wish I had your faith, I see it as yet another kick in the teeth for long suffering fans. Marsh is one of the few players to impress this season. I guess we'll sign a South Devon League player to replace him.

It would be a mistake to let Marsh go, I do find him a bit wasteful in front of goal.
Maybe we should have signed Harrad or Blisset rather than both.
Or as being suggested by some, Marsh wants out - if thats the case get him out!

We can't afford to lose our one goalscorer. The season ends in three months and if he wants to leave, then he can go then.

Notwithstanding that would leave us with only Wright as the sole available striker for the FA Trophy Tie. With 6K or whatever riding on that game we would literally handing the game to Macclesfield.
