Firstly, Rice, Campbell and Ajala . Thank you for putting in a shift today. Your commitment was there for all to see. This is not aimed at you
The rest of the starting line up ...call yourself professional footballers
Good luck in finding a professional contract next year, but PLEASE don't make it so obvious you don't give a damn. That annoyed me beyond anything I have seen at Plainmoor in the years I have watched the team play, this is the worst team in at least 20 years.
Pearce - Leave now, you clearly do not want to be on the pitch
Young - Do the dignified thing and give up the captains armband....you are no leader
Bowman - You acted like a spoilt brat when substituted.
The players got away lightly today, very lightly. If you are not prepared to tackle, to chase the ball and to come off the pitch knackered then piss off. Perhaps we are apathetic ? I just wanted a fan to run on the pitch and chuck his scarf or shirt in anger...anything in fact.......I just wanted someone to vent their frustration at how crap that was.....but you have brought us down to this "could not care attitude."
Give up the late nights at the darts, the day trips to the racing, the biggest problem is most of you are bored as professionals with little to occupy your mind. Start training for your next career....because if you don't give two hoots....then nor do I
8 of you were a disgrace to the shirt today.

Thank Ajala for what exactly. Don't get me wrong anyone who follows my posts should be in no doubt I'm a massive Ajala fan, but tonight he was one of the biggest disgraces on the park.
Toby Ajala clearly does not buy into wing backs, as he strolled around the pitch looking like he couldn't give a flying fork, but, wait, CH nakes a substitution changes it to a flat back four and amazingly with seconds Ajala managed to sprint 20 yards and win a corner, the first thing he'd done in the game.
Or maybe we should be thanking Ajala for lying in the centre circle pretending to be injured as Braintree strolled 20 yards up the pitch a stuck the ball into the back of our net for the third goal. Did Ajala need treatment, of course not, he wasn't injured, yes, so thanks Toby for not chasing back and putting in a challenge.

I am not sure if you noticed but when we went 4 up front, we did exactly that.
Braintree had 2 clear shots on goal, one which led to a goal with 4 Torquay players all in the Braintree half of the pitch....they must have been told to stay up there, can understand 1 or 2 staying up but 4 for Christ sake !

I think Ajala was frustrated as opposed to lazy this evening, yes he made some wrong decisions, but I though he made more of an effort than most of the others

I agree, as said, I'm a huge fan of Toby Ajala, and echo both the above posts, just saying he deserves no credit for tonight.

I think this is a 'heat of the moment' posting as I would add Young, Downes, Guergon, Dawson and Ives to your three. I agree Luke Young should not be captain - he's trying too hard and I think he would be better with the responsibility of captain taken from him. It was a big ask for a young player in thd first place. I'm as angry as anyone at tongiht's defeat but i put the blame firmly on the manager for his team selection and total lack of a game plan.

The only players worth keeping for next season are Young and Ajala. The rest can bugger off.

Basically I would keep Ajala,Young and Richards.
is it true that Bowman threw a tantrum when subbed. He has been kept on the pitch every game despite being abyssmal. If it is true - what a prick.

I thought Levi Ives did very well on the night. Guegan made a mistake for the final goal but I rate him.
My question for Chris Hargreaves is what has happened to change a winning team in August/Sept into a losing team?

He was ok when his number went up but then a fair few of the fans started ironic cheers and that pissed him off. By the time he had made it to the touchline his head had gone. He didn't do anything too silly but it was obvious to all that he was not a happy bunny. I might be wrong but I think he snubbed CH as he made his way to the bench.

I could hear people from Family Stand calling for him to be replaced quite a while before he was subbed; sure he could hear it as well...good acoustics at LWS, especially when there's not many there.
