Firstly can the admin chaps please move this if they don't like where I've put it. Sorry and thanks.
Secondly, many of you may be aware of this but others will not - a few of us forum users plus some others from the outside world (read: not on the forums) have started a TUFC fanzine. Why not? Issue One is nearly done cooking and should be out within a fortnight. I am trying to sort out a way that I can make it available for as little as possible, if not free. Rest assured, noone stands to make any money here.
Issue One will feature interviews with Chris Todd and Martin Gritton, an August/September preview, plus a ton of great columns, shorter bits and photos. From Issue Two onwards, we'll also be providing a selection of match reports courtesy of Ben (bengull) as well as exploring other clubs' fanzines. I'll also chip in with my whimsical/nonsensical 'road journals' from various Away days. and I'm trying to get fans from other clubs to give us the other side of the coin and tell us what they thought of their Away day to Plainmoor.
If you want to see the astonishing cover featuring some aerial photography by local filmmaker Danny Cooke, you can head to one of our social media channels (relevant links in my sig) and if you want to contribute (probably to Issue Two now), please get in touch. All welcome, no column/story/photo/idea too small.

Seems an excellent idea; I believe football fanzines are usually regarded by the general public as too esoteric to bother with, so don't expect it to be hugely popular, unless you combine it with items of wider interest. But anything to help the cause..
The only thing I'm doubtful about is the title: 'Highway to Hele'. What? What's wrong with Wellswood? Or, if you really want to get away from Plainmoor, how about 'Kingskerswell By-pass'...?? :~D

I would certainly pay for it, just need to send to me in Wigan . Let us know when it's out, and I will gladly donate/pay. As bixie says it's a long time since our last fans fanzine, Bamber left foot. I do remember they sold copies at away matches for us that don't live In Torquay. Maybe that's the avenue you could take in regard to selling more and enhance what your doing

Thanks everyone for expressing your support and interest. It'll definitely be made available to fans further afield somehow so don't worry. I will add it to my online store for the other zine I put together 'Sideonetrackone', and if using that is a problem for anyone I will be more than happy to sort something out because I want people to read it above all. Thanks for your suggestions, and it's pleasing to know that so many people want to read it.
Although I'm looking forward to getting it out there, Issue One is just the beginning. It will grow and it will only do that with your help. I think once people see it and see what we're about, there will be more in the way of contributions. But I don't want to do Issue One down because I'm happy with how it's panned out.
Taxi Lady - I like the idea of a 'match in time'. If you or anyone wanted to have a bash at this, feel free! Opinion pieces can be about anything TUFC-related and by contributing once you're not committing to anything. It's just great to get as many voices involved as possible.
