Anyone else notice this?! As the forum was partly run by the club, and due to comments made on there about the board, they've shut it down. All seems a bit dictatorial to me.

I assume you're referring to our board. If they were to hold a fans forum now what would you want them to say? That they made mistakes, that they are going to learn from them, that they are sorry? What benefit is that going to give us, apart from a few fans revelling in the public humiliation of some bloke called Bill.Dave_Pougher wrote:Shut down earlier in the week, unconfirmed sources say it was with regard to someone on the make with regard to stadium repairs and upkeep.
They have arranged some "open forum chats" between fans and certain members of the board. All the local bread shops have sold out of stale buns.
Fair play to their board though for having the courage to face the fans at a very difficult time, some clubs don't have that courage.

We don't need words from the board, we need action in the form of support for the manager to put together a squad of players good enough to compete at the top end of the table. And on that front all the noises I am hearing say so far, so good. Of course, all the noises from Knill were good this time last year, but that's a whole other story!
