Although having not heard from our manager all week I thought his post today was very good,in essence fight for Torquay or bugger off,my thoughts exactly.

If I was being picky, I might suggest it's something that needed saying 2 months ago. And acted upon after poor performance. It's just words.

To be honest standard stuff, but he's not wrong. Will say as well, every manager has to give the players the tools to be successful out on the pitch, all very well saying we need more leaders, which again CH is not wrong, players also need direction, motivation and a game plan to their strengths, not seen much evidence of any of that.

If the players aren't stepping over the white line and following the game plan, then the manager most take a long hard look at himself, and ask the question, why isn't my message getting across.

I agree with CH, but as Fonda said its a little too late. If Tarzan keeps to his word, I can see us being skint of players for next season.

The players should have been reminded a long time ago that this is their last chance saloon. 'Fail at Torquay, fail at professional football'. There is a very short list of players who have left Torquay as a failure and gone on to continue a career as a professional Football League player. I would hope that Lil Danny is spreading the word.
