I have just been told by someone close to the club that our budget this season has been cut by 400k?
Would seem incredibly harsh to Knill if this was the case. This thread however is nt about AK just want to see if anyone heard the same

I was at the game today and left early, but a 400k reduction in budget must be around 50% of our budget?

Can anyone confirm or deny it?

hope that including players wages because i would not pay them sod all after today game

Based on the performance of the team today, I would imagine it has been cut by a lot more than that.

Fine it difficult to believe if true. Surely that would mean releasing half the squad and that hasn't happened. If true then the club is in big trouble .

Please don't ask questions like this, it just ends in a thread full of know nothing dick heads making proclamations they can't justify or substantiate because it's bullshit. Our budget is what our budget is. It'll be tiny because we're Torquay United. What I'd be more concerned about is the wage cap.
